As you may have already seen in the press from 2027 onwards, it will be Smart Health Europe in Berlin! Messe Berlin and the digital association Bitkom are launching Smart Health Europe, a new international event format for digital health. 

Europe's new leading event for digital health will take place for the first time from April 13 - 15, 2027, at the Berlin Exhibition Grounds.

With the perfect combination of an international trade fair, a first-class congress program, and innovative networking formats, Smart Health Europe will become the central meeting place for the European digital health community.

Smart Health Europe will bring together decision-makers from industry, healthcare, science, research, and politics. The aim is to accelerate the digital transformation of healthcare in Europe and strengthen the dialogue between technology providers, users, and political decision-makers.

In addition to the exhibition, participants can expect a top-level congress program, curated by Bitkom, featureing leading national and international experts from the fields of medicine, science, politics, and industry. Interactive workshops, best practice sessions and matchmaking formats offer practical insights and create space for cooperation.

Messe Berlin, which has successfully organized DMEA for almost 20 years and will also host Smart Health Asia in Singapore in July 2026, is already an international hotspot for the healthcare industry, research, and technology thanks to its experience, networks, and services, making it the ideal location to shape the future of digital healthcare in Europe.
