VisiFair: A tailor-made solution to ensure smooth-running trade fair logistics

Trade fair companies have always been faced with major logistical challenges. Traffic flows during the assembly and dismantling phases of all kinds of events, both small and large, need to be coordinated on a just-in-time basis. This is a problem with many unknowns, especially in urban locations like Berlin. A traffic jam on the main access road, delays during unloading or occupied parking spaces can become a test of endurance for everyone involved.

Now the new VisiFair planning system is being introduced to facilitate efficient access to the Berlin Exhibition Grounds.

Every minute counts when setting up a trade fair stand. So to ensure that you, as exhibitor and business partner, have all the materials, exhibits etc. ready and available exactly when they are needed, Messe Berlin is offering you this new digital service.

The VisiFair system optimizes traffic procedures and ensures efficient delivery and collection.

Using VisiFair, you can easily book time slots in advance to suit your schedule. Your advance booking grants you direct entry permission to the grounds. Drivers are informed in good time so that they can arrive punctually at the pre-booked loading zone. VisiFair also has an integrated payment system to ensure easy payment transactions.

Traffic information for exhibitors and suppliers

➤ Exhibitors and suppliers can only enter the trade fair grounds for assembly and disassembly work after registering with the system and pre-booking a loading zone.

Loading zones can be booked via the following link:

The first step on this portal is to “Sign up” with the system. You can then to “Log in”. To book a loading zone, you must first register for the respective event in the “Upcoming events” menu. To do this, you need the “Event code”.

After registering for the respective event, you can book a time slot for the loading zone in the “Registered events” menu.

To ensure smooth traffic flows during assembly and dismantling, it is essential that you observe the entry regulations set out in the Traffic Guide.

Loading zones

  • Vehicle access during assembly and disassembly procedures are only permitted if a loading zone has been booked in advance (access during the actual trade fair is subject to a cash deposit)
  • A fixed service fee of € 15.00 is charged per hour

Forwarding services

Exhibitors, suppliers and stand construction companies wishing to use Messe Berlin’s forwarding services (e. g. fork-lifts for loading and unloading items) can book these individually with our service provider Schenker Deutschland AG.
