Infrastructural facility management
The infrastructural facility management (IFM) of Messe Berlin ensures sustainalble, safe and efficient events. Our experienced team takes care of cleaning, waste disposal, vegetation maintenance, interior greening, winter service and pest control. The aim is the value-preserving operation of all plants in compliance with legal requirements. Through innovatiove solutions, targeted service, provider management and the responsible use of resources, we create a clean and enviromentally friendly event enviroment.
Technical facility management
The technical pacility management of Messe Berlin stands for reliable and efficient support of technical systems. We offer solutions for quality management, warehouse logistics, maintenance as well as heating, refrigeration and electrical & communication technology. The focus is on legally compliant operation, innovative building automation and sustainable maintenance strategies. Through agile processes, targeted skilled worker development and smart control, we ensure long-term quality and efficiency.
Controlling / commercial services
The controlling of CFG is the central control body for sustainable profitability. We ensure transparency across all financial processes, support budget and location decisions and support the profitability of Messe Berlin. With data analysis, contract management and process optimization, we create clear structures and real added value - for a stable and futureoriented company development.
Central services
The central services of the CFG ensure a smooth process in the background.
